Returns

We want you to be happy with your product, but if for any reason you are not satisfied then please contact us via email before sending out your return.

You have 14 days within which to return an item from when you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

All items need to have a receipt or proof of purchase, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges without this.


Refunds

Once we receive your item we will notify you that it has been received.  We will immediately inform you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying all their own shipping costs for return of item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
